This is the kind of hardware store I want more of. It's small it's got most everything you would need for house and garden. Plus great service. They will help you until you have what you need instead of what they think you need. They allow me to stay away from the Depot when all I need are a few things around the house.

It's not Home Depot. But it's close to home. You should be able to find most necessities if you're doing a DIY home project. The folks who work there are friendly and helpful. The parking lot is small and you need to be careful coming in and out of it because that intersection gets busy.

Best hardware store ever. This family-owned shop has nearly everything you'd find at a big box store, BUT they also have the customer service and expertise that will keep you coming back. I bought a fixer-upper (our first home) in the neighborhood and Glenn and Jeff helped me find what I needed and provided advice more times than i can count. Highly recommended!

Tritch is an absolute gem. It’s the antithesis of a Home Depot where employees don’t help at all. I came in for some parts and supplies for a service I’m doing on my mountain bike. I grabbed a 1/4”-3/8” ratchet adapter, blue shop towels, a 1/2” x 18” pvc pipe, m4x25mm bolt, and disc brake cleaner. The wonderful gentleman that helped me walked the entire store and helped me find every single thing I needed. I’m very glad to have discovered this store. It will be our go-to from now on.

Extraordinarily helpful. Not only did the guys give us wonderful service, but they actually took the time to teach us a few lessons on a few of the items we bought from the store. I love the warmth and feeling of the store and wish we lived closer so we could make it our go to shop! Thank you again guys!

This is the greatest family own hardware store in Eagle Rock! Most of us all grew up together in the neighborhood. I love to give them my business as much as I can. Very helpful and very friendly. I have found stuff there to complete my jobs most .Always!Love you guys and praying for Jeff Tritch!

I love a local hardware store and Tritch's did not disappoint! Just needed a few random things for my new apartment and the guys here were able to point me to the right place for everything I needed. Prices were reasonable, staff was amazing. I strongly recommend that you make this your neighborhood hardware store.

I went to Home Depot for key copies. You have to wait around and hope to find the guy who knows how to use the machine. Usually that guy isn't around so you have to wait for him to be summoned. They make you copies, barely pay attention, and tell you (silently) to get lost. This doesn't count the time you need to waste to come back when you realize half the copies don't work.
